Just a friend's joke.
A shipment that was supposed to arrive about a week ago - I received a message that a courier was coming. After that I received a message that they tried to give me the shipment (I didn't really receive any message or call) without success.
I tried to contact them every time they transfer me to someone else, no one knows how to give answers except: he is taking care of it, he is sick today, try email, etc.
And again I received a message that a shipment should arrive, since then I haven't heard from anyone.

Send a package to Jerusalem while we are from Haifa at all! And they send messages about an additional charge if we don't take the package and they will have to send it again. And even when you continue to call them in order to understand the status of the package, they answer with disdain! And they don't give an answer, an excuse of "those who take care of it on sick leave". seriously?! The worst company I have personally come across. 0 service notice.
