I was looking for a place in the Netanya area to remove concrete flakes from a Mitsubishi Space Star 2013. In a Google search, I came to Itai's detailing workshop. Already in the phone call with him I realized that this is an extraordinary person in the field. When I came to him I was impressed by his exceptional professionalism, his concern for the vehicle and his love of the field, his vast knowledge, his courtesy, fairness and integrity. I felt I was getting great value for money and that he was asking for a lower payment than he deserved for the long time he devoted to car dedication (he also cleaned with soap and vacuuming their front seat), so I paid him over 40 percent more than he asked for. I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed. Totally agree with Kobe who wrote "one of the best service experiences I've had in my life". It is the kind of business and the kind of people that it hurts to see how they have been hurt by the corona and that one can only pray that they will overcome the crisis and continue to provide such wonderful service for many years to come. The most professional person I have ever known, kind, considerate, tolerant, goes down with you to the smallest details until you are satisfied.
I have never encountered such an amazing and professional service.
I wish everyone would be like that. Service at a foreign level.

A quality workshop from my dear Itai, who works with great professionalism and thoroughness, explains everything patiently and sees the client's need.
I did a detailed treatment and also the purchase of maintenance products.
Highly recommend, see that it is a boutique business that is exactly what one is looking for in this field and that gives it all to the customer.
Still continues to purchase in his online store preparations and related equipment.

We arrived with me after our vehicle was spray-painted. Itai made sure to do a free test to know what treatment needed to be done. After we decided to do with him he constantly made sure to update the process and make sure we were satisfied. The car came out clean, the color returned to the shine and depth. We put the car in and went out in peace. recommended!

I searched for a long time for a high level detailing workshop and after almost a month of searching I found the perfect workshop.
It is important to note first of all that with me, the workshop owner, a person of his age and above.
Modest, patient, helpful, courteous, and above all a true professional.
From the first phone call, you can understand that his service is above all. He sat down to explain to me for long minutes in a phone call about the whole process, and did not miss even a small detail.
Throughout the process he sent pictures and made sure to update me at any given moment.
And the result? No less perfect!
Finally, he explained to me how to wash and keep the coating as much as possible and pampered me with a free car preparation.
With me I thank you very much for everything, I had the pleasure to meet and get to know you and promise it will not be the last time.
If you are looking for someone who will take care of your car wholeheartedly, I can tell you that I know how to do it the best there is, with a commitment.
