Low quality rooms (very cold, the remote to TV was dirty and unaccessible, it felt like a regular hospital room. Not private).
Staff is very nice, but semi professional.
Staff gave me counter orders a couple of times, and several times I had to ask stuff a couple of times simply because my request was forgotten.
The surgeon was VERY professional and the surgery went fine (that's why I gave 3 stars and not 1)
Accompanied my mother for a scan. I didn't expect such a cramped and not very comfortable waiting area in what is supposed to be an upmarket private hospital. Rough handling of the injecting needle caused a large haemotoma (some nurses have the talent and some just don't). Nobody advised that we had to wait 30 mins to have the cannula still in the hand removed - only by a doctor - who was the only one there and couldn't do it for 45 minutes. The staff in reception didn't like our complaints about this (my mother is elderly and unwell and wanted to get home) and haughtily lectured us on "good manners." Not appreciated. We will be avoiding the x-ray section in the future.
Nice and modern hospital
Tidy and great personal, Only did the ultrasound though.
Hi can you help me. Is there ear nose throat doctor during saturday? Thank you
A very nice hospital. I had a surgery last week for spinal compression and everything was amazing. Best doctors, wonderful nurses. Everything in general is great.
