This hotel is amazing! the breakfast is lovely and covers all types of diets, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and the staff is kind and helpful. Shout out to Eltaieb, one of the most friendly employees ever!

ראשית אני רוצה להתחיל בכך שאני ממש מאוכזב
התמונות שמצולמות באתר המושך את המכירה .. שגויות .
הרודוס בוטיק .. ממוקם מאחורי הרודוס פאלס. וזה אומר ממש מאחור , מרגיש כמו מחסן
כל בקשה או הזמנה . צריך לחכות שיביאו מהפאלס
אז מה בעצם המלון הזה משמש? רק כתוספת מקומות לעשות כסף על אנשים . אין נוף של ים וחופש ושל אילת
אין הרגשה של חופשה או פינוק . מרגיש כאילו תקעו אותנו מאחורה , ולאחר שהתלוננו עשרות פעמים עדיין אמרו שאין באפשרותם מה לעשות וכך אנחנו צריכים לסיים את החופשה . תקועים במלון מחסן מאחורה של אילת בלי נוף ובלי כיף . פשוט ביזיון וגניבה . המחירים לא מוצדקים הכל יקר ומוגזם .
פעם אחרונה שלי במלון הזה. פעם הבאה מקווה שלא תטעו מיקום המלון לא מצדיק את המחיר .
זה אמור להיות הרודס מחסן למי שרוצה בכל זאת להגיע לאילת . ולא אנשים שמשלמים את מלוא כספם להנות בחופשה באילת. אני לכאן לא אחזור . כמובן שניסו לעזור לי בכך שאוסיף כסף ויעבור לחדר נורמלי . אך אני סטודנט ואין באפשרותי להוסיף ולכן נדפקה לי החופשה.

הזמנו מקומות למלון אחר באילת, התאכזבנו מאוד. ובהרודס בוטיק קיבלה אותנו מנהלת המלון קבלת פנים מסבירת פנים שהפכה את שהייתנו למושלמת אז שוב תודה לעופרה ולכל צוות המלון שגרם לנו להינות בכל רגע.תודה 🌹

מלון נחמד מאוד. חבל שרמת הניקיון במלונות אף פעם לא משביעה רצון. אבל זו בעייה מוכרת בכל המלונות בארץ וגם בחו״ל
