  חוויה מזעזעת. הגענו בשבת בשעה 12:00 - הזמנו מקום מראש 9 אנשים. 3 מנות שרצינו להזמין מהתפריט לא היו (אזלו) להזכירכם מדובר בשעה 12:00 כלומר אמצע/תחילת היום. 2 מהסועדים הזמינו קרפציו בקר - במקום זה קיבלנו מנה אחת של קרפציו סלק - המלצר התבלבל. מנת ילדים שניצל וציפס - השניצל היה שניצל תעשייתי מאמא-עוף או משהו דומה והציפס כנראה גם כן עשוי חיוור וחסר טעם - הילדה השאירה חצי מהציפס וחלק גדול מהשניצל. סלט שועית היה עם מעט מאוד עשבי טיבול ומלוח מדי - הסועד שהזמין אותו השאיר חצי. סינייה ברוטב יין אדום - לא היתה סינייה אלא 3 קציצות ברוטב. הרוטב היה בסדר אבל הקציצות היו יבשות אכלתי אחת ואת השתיים הנותרות השארתי. הזהרנו מראש שיש לנו טבעונית בקהל הובטח שהפשטידה שהזמינה היא טבעונית אך לא כך הדבר. נער שבתחילה לא הרגיש טוב התחרט והזמין גם שניצל וציפס - מנה זו מעולם לא הגיעה שוב המלצר התבלבל - כאשר אי ההבנה הובהרה כבר ויתרנו. סלט ירקות היה טעים אך כזה אני מכין לבד בבית כל יום. תפריט קינוחים לא ביקשנו כבר הבנו מה הולך להיות ונסענו למקום אחר.

  Хозяин винодельни - приятный старый еврей, влюбленный в свое дело.
  Вино - безусловно достойно похвалы. Отличное.
  В ресторан мы не ходили - основная масса отрицательных отзывов здесь на Гугл.Мапс - именно о ресторане. Поэтому мой отзыв - о вине.
  
  אהבנו מאד את הסיפור של היינן - גם על ההיסטוריה של יקב, גם על סוגי היין, גם על תעשיית היין בכלל.

  הזמנו מקום וכאשר הגענו למסעדה היא היתה סגורה ונאמר לנו שנמחקו מההזמנות. לא קיבלנו שום תשובה למה לא התקשרו אלינו. שמענו שהאוכל נגמר

  האוכל במסעדה לא טעים והשירות מאוד איטי, מחירים לא זולים. ה"סיור" הוא בעצם סיפור תולדות המשק. השירות והיחס היה איטי ולא אדיב ולא נעים. בקיצור, לכו ליקב אחר.

  אין כמו לשבת במרפסת המקורה בגפנים, מול הנוף הכי יפה בעמק האלה, ולהקשיב להדרכה של גדי על תהליך גידול הגפנים ועשיית היין.

  The restaurant is located inside the winery, "Hans Sternbach" all foods are cooked with wine, for those who like it very tasty and well made and meticulous. These Valley place with a beautiful view Msoctz grapes in the yard. Wine prices are reasonable. House wine is very cheap but very simple.

  פגשנו את בעל היקב והוא אחד האנשים הלא אדיבים שפגשנו.
  תיאמנו ביקור לטעימות בלבד ולמרות שביקשו בשל הלו"ז סיורים שלנו מפורשות שלא, הוא נתן "הרצאה" של קרוב לשעה, עד שפשוט לא יכולנו להמתין עוד בנימוס ועזבנו.
  והכל, לא לאחר שהוא התעקש לחייב אותנו על סיור (שלא היה).
  בהחלט החוויה הכי לא נעימה שהייתה לי בסיור יקבים בארץ או בחו"ל.
  מניסיון, ישנם יקבים הרבה יותר נעימים לביקור באזור, אשר מציעים יינות מעולים.

  This is a vastly disappointing experience - We have been planning to visit this picturesque restorant for the best part of a year, and were in for an unpleasant surprise when we finally got to it. Worst of all is the service: We have been sitting there for about half an hour until we were given a menu, another 30 minutes until the entries arrived and only after I've went to inquire if they still remember if we're there the mains arrived. They were pretty quick to present a bill though.
  Then the food. It's not flat out bad, but given the steep pricing you would expect much more then a fat cooked meat and a small hill of plain white rice. Also, it wasn't even hot when it finally arrived.
  But the biggest disappointment was the wine - for a boutique winery open one day a week it was dull and had an aftertaste of a cheap shabat wine.
  Just don't go there, it's a bit heartbreaking.
