  This place is out of character for the neighborhood, doesn't attract locals and so the stores and restaurants there don't do so well. As opposed to the rest of the neighborhood's mom n pop shops, this place is filled with chain restaurants like Pizza hut and landwers. It would have been fine if they would have placed something like this in a different neighborhood.

  לדיירי הרביעייה ולשכנים, יש פינה נעימה לשבת בזמן שהילדים מתרוצצים על דק העץ המיוחד, שנותן למקום מראה קצת אחר מהסביבה בו נמצאת הרביעייה.
  במתחם יש גם מסעדות מגוונות ואפשר להנות מארוחה או כוס קפה בזמן שנהנים ונרגעים.
