  After a miserable experience at Espressobar Rothchild I felt it necessary to email management about the experience. The email is below.

  Dear Milka,
  
  My husband and I were at the Rothschild restaurant today for lunch. We finished up at about 13:00 and our bill was for ILS 165. We have been coming to Espresso Bar Rothschild for almost 6 years at least 1-2 times a week to either eat in or get take away.
  
  As we were finishing up lunch, we were waiting for something to be boxed up to take home. Our server was busy, and the food was sitting in the kitchen window for sometime. I asked the bartender if he would get it for me. His response was to find my server. I told him she was busy and it was sitting right in the window. His response was, "get it yourself". I said I didn't work here and that I would prefer if he would do it and put it in a bag. He ignored me I asked him why this was an issue since he works here and he told me "Shut the F*!k Up." At this point, we ended up in a screaming match over the matter. The server that waited on us said that I must have misunderstood what he said, but quite honestly, there was absolutely no misunderstanding at all. He did say it loud and clear. I received no real apology from management, and I feel as if my business is of no value to Espresso Bar.
  
  Given the severity of what happened, I feel it necessary to email you to inform you about what happened. Hopefully, you can address this matter back with me as well as with your staff. Someone what uses vulgar language with customers has no business having a a job in your restaurant.

  The location is great but they cheated us with the breakfast: my Local one didn't have tahini and they served my friend a salmon sandwich in a baguette despite the fact that he specifically ordered a croissant one! The hot cocoa was instant and blank. A bit disappointing.

  Great staff, good food and lots of space for small groups and families. Coffee was good but not the best I've had. Price range is affordable :)

  Great salads in a nice atmosphere. There is almost always a nice breeze outside so you can enjoy being outside even on a hot summer day. Plus very friendly waitstaff.

  Incredible food. Both the pastrami and shakshuka were top notch and just so awesomely fresh.
