  I bought in the Cook Shop store a set of plates online The product was not in stock the seller Marina and the business owner went out of their way to provide. I have Corning plates according to my taste. The attitude was accompanied by a lot of patience, courtesy and an honest desire to satisfy me both in the choice of the product and the price. I highly recommend the store. The attitude and prices are excellent.

  Be careful
  I considered ordering from a place I am not familiar with just because of the nice reviews that are here.
  Unfortunately I experienced a completely different service.
  Service under all criticism
  I ordered a juicer, called because it did not have the color, I asked to see the other color they offered, it is not possible to see on the website or anywhere else.
  "We're too busy to handle such things," "Try another day,"
  "We have too many phones and reservations"
  
  I said I do not want to order without seeing the color and I will ask to cancel the order.
  I asked for permission to cancel, you will get the landlord vacated
  
  Service at the lowest level available
  Glad I canceled the invitation there, and the most beautiful answer I got from the nice lady?
  "I'm glad you canceled too"

  This is a gross lie, I never asked for anything to be photographed for me.
  And I was not even told to look at the site where the colors are.
  Too bad you're not telling the truth either.

  A pressure cooker was ordered on 14/3 Sunday and was promised to be delivered by Wednesday 17/3 by Noa
  On Thursday after a call it was explained that there is only one without packaging
  And Noa will get back to me when it arrives that day
  Of course it was not and was not created the store can not be reached by phone in the afternoon
  Today Sunday Noa explains that the pot was broken
  And a new shipment has arrived and will get back to me in the afternoon
  Of course not back
  Charge me to pay for a product they do not have !!!

  Like probably many other families in the Corona period we started cooking and baking more.
  We made two orders from the site and in both we received excellent treatment and service, receiving a replacement product (more expensive than what we ordered at the store expense) when there was a lack of stock, detailed explanations about the products and updating the order by phone after what we did on the site.
  At each stage we received very courteous and pleasant service from Marina and another staff member.
  The prices are also good (I compared it to an cast iron pot and they had the cheapest I found).
  In short, highly recommended !!!
