Its okay, service can be really great sometimes and sometimes really bad and slow.
Lately things got better, but still the food is very expensive.
The meat quality is good but I find it hard to justify the cost to the client.
Really good starters and desserts.

Went with wife and two small children on a Saturday afternoon, waited over 30 minutes until the butcher was ready for us to choose our meat (while kids are waiting), our pleas to make things go faster didn't help.
When the meat arrived to the table it was served on their grill which was lukewarm and didn't help keep the meat warm for the duration of the meal.
We ordered the fillet, American T-Bone, and some non-spicy sausage.
The fillet was good, the T-Bone was fair, and I'm pretty sure the sausage was the cause for indigestion.
The bill was exceptionally high for the bad service and OK meat.
I do not recommend spending your money here.

We went on a Friday evening to dinner 3 couples. They messed up our reservation so we waited an hour until we got a table(!!!). No effort to help solve the situation.
Received our water after 30 min, first dishes served didn't had all ingredients mentioned in the menu. Except the filet all the meat was made badly, none of us could even Jew the sirloin.
We go a 2,000 shekel bill for a bad dinning experience, wouldn't go back to eat there even offered for free.

It's butcher to table approach: you choose your cut, they make it for you to your taste. I didn't enjoy the taste of the entrecôte nor the t-bone that much, it had a bit of an aftertaste. Maybe it needed more cooking. The picanha was pretty good, though.

Very good steak and good service. We were a group of 13 people and the service was good and fast. A recommendation if you like good steaks.

Horrible service. Horrible staff. Disrespectful and show no emotion. The hostess and manager spoke to my group as if we were garbage and doing us a favor that we were there. Tables booked for 2 hours later were off limits to my friend and I when we weren't expecting to stay even an hour and didn't even try to be pleasant about it. As we walked out we heard them mumbling that they can't stand Americans anyway. Like seriously..customer service is #1 in the USA, if you're respectful you get it in return. Apparently this place can't grasp that concept.

Everything is tasty here - burgers, steaks, appetizers, ice cream Lunch menu is not that expensive and will get you filled. Nice staff but could be a bit slow.
