  My first experience renting a car. Very quick and easy service, friendly and professional staff (we were refused in other agency). We took Toyota Corolla. The deposit was available during two days after. Highly recommended 😊

  A typical case untrained staff dealing with the"problematic customer". Budget you are a service company, what happened to the customer is always right?
  
  Terrible, I rented a car from them they gave me their service car in dangerous condition (tier pressure was way too low) and car was in disgraceful condition with with 100k plus When I complained they blamed me and the branch manager refused to identify himself and threatened to call the police on me as I told them I would not leave until I get his details.
  
  They offered me "new" car and 1 day of the rentI should have cancelled and gone to another agency but when you are on holiday its the last thing you what to deal with.
