  The food and coffee was good. Service was terrible: The waitress just threw the menus on the table and didn't even looked at us. We waited for over 15 minutes(!!!) just to call a waiter to take our order. During the whole time, no one asked us if we need anything or how is the food. The food was good and the price is ok but it is really one of the worst services I ever got.

  Coffee is tasty! Bakeries are not unique but it has other tasty dishes.

  The food was fine, but took ages to arrive.
  Slightly expensive in my opinion, not worth its pricing.
  i've also been to the branch at the Offer Grand mall, the service and the food there is much better.

  למה דווקא בדרום ובעיקר בבאר שבע השירות
  והניקיון של בתי הקפה הם הגרועים שבגרועים
  לדוגמא היום היינו אישתי ואני בקפה ביגה במתחם ביג בבאר שבע מצאנו מיד שולחן פנוי ומיד ניגשו אלינו המלצרים לקבל את ההזמנה הזמנו שני כוסות קפה הפוך שהוגשו אלינו הקפה גלש מהכוס לכלך אותה ואת הצלחת שאלתי את המלצרית למה הלכלוך והיא ברוב חוצפתה ענתה לי שככה זה ואין מה לעשות הזמנו גם סלט כלשהו הוגש ללא ריח וטעם וללא רוטב כלשהו תוך כדי ישיבה שמתי לב שהריצפה של המסעדה מלולכת בשאריות אוכל בידלי סיגריות וניירות לרוב שאלתי את האחראית למה כל כך מלוכלך הרי זו מסעדה וגם תשובתה היתה זהה לתשובת המלצרית תוף הפגנת זלזול וחוצפה
  אני שוב שואל את עצמי ואותכם ככה זה צריך להיות
  לפני שבוע חזרתי מטיול של חודש בסקנדינביה אתם ואנחנו צריכים ללמוד על נימוס דרך ארץ ושירות

  Tasty food, good environment, pretty interior, nice service. Great variety of food (at least for my taste). Recommended. I personally can't wait for my next visit!
