  Central parking location close to many of Tel Aviv's points of interest. Expensive parking during working hours while at nights and weekends there is a reasonable fix price with a meaningful discount for Tel Aviv residents. The entry / exit to the parking lot for pedestrians as well as for the cars could be better. No organized WC on site..
