I entered the shoppe looking for a nice piece of Jewelry for my loved one. I was kindly met and discovered a wonderful selection to choose from. The owner patiently worked with me as we looked over his suggestions until I found a beautiful silver ring that had an outline of the Old City in gold overlaid on top of the ring. It was the right ring at the the right price. She loves the ring!!! Thank you.

I bought there the most beautiful and valuable Menorah, I´ve ever seen. The owner was very friendly and made a good price as well. Next time in Jerusalem, I would retrace this place.

This was my 7th trip to Israel starting in 1972! I bought my first ring from Baltinester himselfsince then I have been in the store each trip. Yoram and Rami had the store for one year when I brought my children there. From that time on, I have referred many friends who have become happy customers. Trust, quality, and fairness along with a touch of personal opinion are the star values you will experience here. I still own and wear my original silver ring of 45 years and made a few purchases during my latest visit in June 2017. The "Baltinester" experience is timeless!

I have known and been shopping at Baltinester since Yoram and Rami purchased it 22 years ago. I began bringing my students there while leading 7 NFTY in Israel teen tours, because I knew they could be trusted to give us the best prices in Jerusalem. Then I began leading Congregational Trips and brought all my Congregants there for the same reason.they can be trusted and treat each person like family. I now consider Yoram and Rami my brothers and personally would not shop anywhere else for jewelry!!

I was there last week during my visit in Jerusalem and I accidentally bumped into the store. It was perfect timing because I was looking for a gift for my mother; Yoram and the staff were so helpful and friendly and I found the nicest Shma Yisrael pendant for her. Only after I was there I found out that this is considered the best store in Jerusalem with the highest reviews and frankly, I think it's the best one in Israel! I can definitely recommend them!

Baltinester is one of the finest Jewelry stores in Jerusalem. Many years ago, we got our matching wedding bands here. We recently visited the store, bringing some friends and family. Yoram and his staff were so attentive, and we all left as very happy customers. We look forward to our next visit to Jerusalem.

LOVE the jewelry here! They have a large selection of jewelry that's unique, and reasonably priced, and they will custom-make anything you want, as they've done for me. Great selection, great service, and they stand by their products, so if you have a problem with something you bought from them, they will repair or replace it as needed. They are easily accessible from anywhere and will ship worldwide, always reachable by email and by phone (they have an 800 # you can call from the USA). Perfect location as well. Go and check them out!!!! Been going there for years, and they're still the best in IsraelI was just there last week. Don't walkrun!

Wonderful experience. Very easy to talk to from the Unites States!! Great price and very willing to make sure we bought want we wanted and didn't push us into anything else. I would defiantly buy more from Baltinester for wedding, bar/bat mitzvah and birthday gifts. It's really special to get a gift directly from isreal!
