The hotel is very beautiful and it is located in a great position. But the jackhammer noise from 7 am to 11:30 am while you're trying to sleep after a crazy night is a big no no. If you need to renew the hotel, please keep it closed until work is over. Apart from that, rooms are very big and comfortable.

My stay was prearranged by travel agency. Receptionist tried to get deposits from us, fortunately our vouchers contained note about deposits on travel company's credit card.
Room was clean, a plate of fruits and a bottle of wine waited for me.
Freezer was pretty loud.
Provided toiletries included soap, shampoo and shower gel, but no toothbrush.
Toilets, of airliner type, were loud. I heard my neighbor's toilet each time he/she used it.
Breakfast were tasty and plentiful, served from 7:05 (late) to 10:30.response / report this review -

TOTAL DISASTER
The hotel is quiet nice itself but the reception terrible. We arrived as the Crew late in the night. Had to wait 30 min for issuing room cards. When we arrived it turned up that 3 rooms are dirty. Reception said they know about it and its normal!!! Had to wait another hour for new rooms! The reception got zero response and politeness. We had a flight in the morning so our rest as a cabin Crew shorten dramatically!response / report this review -

Hostel Posing as a Hotel
The service was not good. The rooms were not clean and the front desk clerk was very rude. There was a lot of activity inside of the hotel and quite a bit of noise. We went to another hotel and did not stay the night there.response / report this review -

Old and ugly hotel, reception is downright rude, the waiters are lazy. We had a problem with our safe in our room. Completely disappointing hotel, the photographer of the hotel is a genius

Good spot in the middle of the city. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and have a modern atmosphere. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The only downside are the toilets. They work like airplane toilets and when someone else is flushing around you, your room shakes. Woke up few times due to noise during the night.

Great hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast and a pleasant late afternoon snack. Very helpful and accommodating staff, easy taxi service. Not a lot of rooms but I will stay here again if I am ever in Tel Aviv
