  If you are used to diving with a company that provides high level service, like any reputable dive center in Sharm el Sheikh, you will be quite disappointed in Aqua Sport.
  
  We booked a 5-day dive package in advance by email, and were charged the whole amount in advance.
  
  Our arrival was already difficult: the counter staff were rude and incompetent. They were unable to provide basic information and ignored us at all times. Speaking English was an obvious hassle for them, and we felt like an annoyance to them all the time.
  
  There was no dive center briefing. We had to ask for every single piece of information, even the most basic things that one would assume the guests should be informed about. We got no info unless we asked specifically for it.
  
  Our package also included diving in Taba. Again there was no info about transfers, border formalities, return transfer etc. We naively expected someone to accompany us but that did not happen. We were simply dropped off at the Israeli side of the border and were told to cross and look for Hilton Hotel. Crossing the border with our diving equipment on foot was a true hassle. We also had to pay NIS 105 for border tax, which we later discovered could have been avoided if had shown our voucher for the Taba diving center at the border. Again, no one gave us any information about any of this. At the Taba dive center counter, staff were not informed of our arrival, and there were no other guests there on that day. We we’re very lucky that the Taba staff managed to find a dive guide for us (the Taba staff were really great!). On our way back to Eilat, there was no pick up arranged for us.
  
  Besides some notable exceptions, in general, staff at Aqua Sport Eilat were not exactly customer-friendly. They would happily ignore us, and wouldn’t even say ‘hello’ in the morning. We got used to it after the second day, as we assumed they don’t like tourists there. Being among the few guests who did not speak Hebrew, we did not feel particularly welcome.
  
  Divewise, the dive guides are professional and their attention to safety excellent. Would I recommend Aqua Sport Eilat? Yes but only for experienced divers / travelers who just want to take a couple of dives to explore the local sites. As long as you know what to expect in advance, it’s OK.

  We Took 2 newby dives with ship cruise and food. And it was amazing! We rlly.recommend to take 2 dives (we took.The dives in Egipt (they transported us There, to.the ship the dives were in 2 places on the reef i think there were better than it we dive with dolphins) rlly reccomend!

  Great experience with Aqua Sport itself, *but* bad experience at Taba border crossing. On the Israeli side they charged me 105 shekels despite my "voucher" from Aqua Sport. After some discussion between an AS employee and a manager type at the crossing, they told me I could get a refund on my way back (after diving all day I didn't try to get the refund). I still have no idea why I was charged.
  
  And, if you park at the border, park in the lot. I parked along the road and got a 250 shekel ticket. :(

  Me and my friend enjoyed a lot the diving course it's an amazing experience plus the beace and the regea spirit is lovely. Recommened to visit in the summer
