This is a roomy coffee shop which is at the far end of Emek Refaim so out of the busy area. Reasonable menu

Except for the big tasty but unhealty waffles the other food (a salad) was very oily. The owner tried his best, gave a small additional salad without any added dressing, but we were disappointed.

They forgot some of our order and didn't bring the bill when we asked, we had to ask twice. But the food was tasty..

Service was OK, food was the same as waffle bars everywhere. If you're looking for real food (not just waffles) go for the lafa toast or one of the salads.

Waffle bar has good food and amazing desserts. The portions are huge (this might be one of the few times I felt like I ordered too much food). If I had a complaint it would be that there isn't enough non-dessert stuff on the menu - just a few wraps and such, but then again, this isn't a place you go to eat healthy.

Poor service.
So it was my birthday. I went at first to the cinema city, there is a Waffle factory there.
It was packed. So my friend and I called Waffle bar at Emek to see if they have space.
They said they do. We got there. Ordered 2 things [a “ferrero rocher waffle“ for me and a “crunch crap” for my friend]. We told the waiters it's for a birthday. They took the 2 orders and after 25 minutes came back with one order [the crap for my friend] we wanted to eat together so we looked at the crap both hungry but we waited for my ferrero rocher waffle..!
after 35 minutes we asked what about the waffle ( we wanted to eat toeghter) pj6so the waiters went to check and came back after 5 minutes saying “there was a dely in the kitchen it should be here soon now.”
After another 15 minutes we asked a diffrent waiters what with the waffle. The waiters went to check on the computer and she saw our order but she said the kitchen never got the order so they made nothing. It was too late to wait for a new one so we didn't know what to do. In the end we ate one cold crap and nothis ele on bday.

Good restaurant, delicious food and sweet desserts. Serving the best Belgian waffle in the world
