  We had a problem with the washing machine. Another technician was unable to solve it and told us to replace the controller at a cost of NIS 800! . We called Tomer on the advice of friends and he solved the problem for us over the phone! without any consideration. Really kind and professional. His number is saved in our preferred professionals.

  Tomer is simply charming, professional and helpful!
  He tried to help us over the phone to solve a problem with the dishwasher, and after we failed, he came and provided excellent service!
  It's nice to know that there is someone to trust when it comes to quality and professionalism!

  I called Tomer this morning after I got F-12 warning on my dishwasher screen.
  Based on the description I gave him on the phone, he recommended what to do with a lot of patience and detailed explanation.
  
  He didn't ask for anything in return
