During the period, we did miss twice, which we announced in advance, and were told not to worry and that we would be completed later. When we got to the last week and asked when it was possible to complete we were told we had to complete before and now it is impossible (even that week). This is despite the fact that we expressed a willingness to continue for another period. Disgusting, miserable and insulting conduct. You lost us as a customer, and also two other families who wanted to sign up following us. With such values ​​do not educate children . recommend finding another place like we found.
  And as for your reaction below - by chance we ourselves run a variety of circles, and your claim that it cannot be completed - is completely false. As for the subscription agreement, as written above, when we asked your secretary on the occasion that we announced that we would miss when to complete she told us "below, there is nothing to worry about". So if you respected your own agreement, you would set us straight for completion and not wave us off just to later say we did not complete on time. This is not respectful conduct.   Shocking service !!
  We were impressed with a swimming course for the age of 3. The secretary was very nice to say the least and when we asked questions about the locker wardrobe she scoffed at us and said that the questions were out of sight with unnecessary eye rolls. In short, do not approach the place if that is how the attitude is even before we have registered such dangers!
