  Case that was with me personally:
  I handed over a kosher cell phone for repair - the seller announced that repair could cost in the region of 100
  NIS and if we do not want the repair we will have to pay 30 NIS for the test itself.
  
  For two months he did not contact me.
  
  Upon physical arrival at the store claimed:
  A. Who called several times and I did not answer (gross lie of course ..)
  B. The cell phone is not repairable and it requires the 30 NIS in any case
  third. If I do not pay him in the next few days - the device will be thrown in the trash !!!
