  Very dark place, average level of service, dirty cars and awful toilet room. Not all employees can speak english.

  שירות על הפנים. לא יודעים לתמוך ולשרת לקוח שבא לקנות. בעיקר אחרי המכירה, כאשר מתלוננים על בעיות שהיו.
  ממליץ בחום להתרחק ולחפש סוכנות אחרת. אפילו אם היא מעט יותר יקרה.

  גרוע בצורה שלא לתאר. נתנו לנו רכב עם רישיון רכב פג תוקף. המנורה לא עבדה והסתבר שהיא לא הייתה מודכנת בכלל. כשניסו להכניס אותה, לא הצליחו. המנהלת יעל נדב מתנהגת ללקוחות בצורה לא מכובדת, כמו לזבל ולאחר תלונתינו החליטה לבטל את השכרת הרכב. האמת באותה צורה היא מתנהגת גם לעובדים שלה. בסופו של דבר הם השאירו אותנו בלי רכב. המלצה חמה למצוא מקום אחר להשכרת רכב.

  שירות איטי מאוד, לקח לנו חצי שעה להוציא רכב שהגיע מלא שריטות, מכות, הגה נוטה ימינה וחגורה חסרה.

  שירות איטי ולא מקצועי. נתקלתי שם בהרבה לקוחות לא מרוצים שסיפרו על מכוניות לא תקינות. כאילו במפתיע כשעתיים ממועד לקיחת הרכב גם בו הופיעה בעיה. שלא תגידו שלא הוזהרתם

  אני אישית קיבלתי שירות מעולה אבל ראיתי אצל אחרים שהם מחפשים את הלקוח בקטנות מאוד.
  מומלץ לפני ששוכרים רכב לעבור על כל שריטה קטנה.

  Awful service. They don't care about their clients at all. Such horrible service I've never met. Even if you order special car, they don't bring it and ask you to go to the another place(branch) to take it from there. Absolutely not recommend.
