  perfect experience: I bought a gift for a colleague and talked with Amos from the shop to deliver it faster than the estimated time. He answered with pleasure and tried to help and manage to send it sooner.
  The gift itself was perfect and my colleague called me with a huge smile.

  בחרנו בו כי הם מעסיקים אנשים עם מוגבלויות, בפועל השירות היה כל כך גרוע- מרמת הבעלים- חגית ועד אנשי השירות- שלושה ימים איחור למשלוח ורצף של טעויות. חבל כל כך.

  פשוט בושה
  הזמנתי זר ב 170 שח ליום הולדתה של אחותי
  ולתדהמתי הזר הושאר מחוץ לבית כיוון שלא ענתה בטלפון השליח הניח את הזר להתייבש בחוץ.
  קבלנו טלפון ממנה על זר יבש שחיכה לה מחוץ לבית.
  זו לא פעם ראשונה שאנחנו מאוכזבים מהשירות והיחס. אחת ולתמיד לא נזמין משם עוד!
