  If you are going to buy or walk around the Carmel Market it is convenient to park there as it is a non-high cost municipal parking lot and there is almost always enough parking space.

  traffic in the area is bad so entering takes time in rush hours. Also the place is a bit dirty. Overall it is close to the carmel market and it has alot of space
