רכשתי מטבח בעלות מאד גבוהה,
כמו כן רכשתי יחד עם זאת את כל הציוד למטבח דרכם,
מילה אחת:
א כ ז ב ה.
שירות נחות ולא מקצועי, טיפול בתלונות לא ראוי ממש לא שווה את הכסף והעלות.
כנראה שהאף שלהם כלכך גבוה שלא אכפת להם מהלקוחות שלהם אפילו כוכב אחד לא מגיע להם.response / report this review -

חייבת לציין לשבח את השירות המעולה שקיבלתי, האדיבות והמקצועיות שאין שניים להם, החל מהפגישה הראשונה עם עדנה המעצבת וכלה במנהל הסניף עמי וגולת הכותרת עופר המתקין שידע לפתור כל בעיה בשטח והכול בנועם, סבלנות ואדיבות וכמובן את איתן מנהל השירות שנתן שירות נהדר ונפלא וחן והדס מסניף רמת גן שהיו סבלניות וקשובות לכל שאלה ובעיה שצצו. הטיפול אישי ומקצועי לעילא ועילא והתוצאה בשטח מדהימה. ממליצה עליהם לכל חבריי ומכריי.

סוף סוף חברת מטבחים הגונה!
אחרי התרוצצויות רבות בין חברות מטבחים ונגרים שונים הגענו לסניף של גאיה ברמת גן. קבלנו שירות וייעוץ מהלב. לראשונה הרגשנו שלא מנסים סתם "לדחוף" לנו מטבח שלא מתאים לצרכים שלנו אלא תפרו לנו מטבח שיתאים בול לצרכים, לתקציב ולשטח הנתון.
אחרי שכבר הרגשנו שכל שאר החברות והנגרים נותנים את אותו הדבר, שמחנו למצוא את מטבחי גאיה שתפרו לנו מטבח מנצח גם בעיצוב, במראה ואפילו המחיר היה הכי הוגן שנתקלנו בו מכל חברות המטבחים האחרות שבדקנו.response / report this review -

חברה מצויינת, ממליצה מכל הלב. מטבח שני שעשיתי דרכם ומרוצה עד הגג. השירות, התכנון, טיפים חשובים שנתנו, הסבלנות, מחיר טוב, ביצוע מושלם. מרגע שהוחלט על תאריך התקנה אין צורך לרדוף. ההתקנה בוצעה ביום שנקבע כמו שצריך ויצא מהמם.

Quite a high price, in comparison with the competitors, but at first glance it is justified by professional design, decent quality of kitchen, timely manufacture and installation. However, be prepared to rake out the dust, sawdust, and other installation products - it is not customary to clean up after the installation (although the price could include a large cleaning company and not even one).
However, they completely fail in everything related to the supply and services of the third parties: my negative experience includes kitchen hood and lighting (which, by the way, they themselves offered). The situation with the hood requested three months to be fixed, while the light I’m still waiting – seven months after the paid order and about five months after the installation.
Take into account: they do not like respond to the client e-mails - probably they do not want to leave any legal tracks.
So, if you want to deal with the responsible supplier and intend to get a complete kitchen in time (and, I add, at reasonable price), I would recommend avoiding Gaya Kitchen.response / report this review
