  We had come for a demo of various speakers both for a living room and for a home theater, but when we told the salesperson that we are also *considering* buying directly from abroad, he refused to continue the demo and very rudely exclaimed that we should "stop wasting his time" and almost literally kicked us out of the store.
  I have *never* seen such rude behavior from a salesperson in a store in Israel.
  On the upside: they do have a very large selection of speakers.
  (P.S. ex post facto I understood the reason. If you're willing to put up with the hassle of importing and shipping speakers from the US by yourself, after taxes and shipping, they still cost less than half the price)

  When it comes to home theater and stereo products, this is by far the best service you can get in Israel.
  The staff is very helpful, and the prices are almost always way lower than on their website.
  It's worth a visit.
