This is being generous. This hotel is well located, with quite nice common areas, museum like. However, the food is mediocre, service and command of English language are barely adequate, and rooms are old, dated, small, and not comfortable.

Adequate- food excellent for vegetarians - room fine but cold as they do not use the air con - fine most of the time but after heavy rain it would be good to be able to get clothes.

a very interesting exhibition, housed on the first and second floor of the hotel. the exhibition covers the outstanding life of Dona Gracia Nasi, who lived in the 16th century.

Visited the loby and the first floor - The Dona Gracia Musium. The guided tour was great expiriance. Recomand to people how love history. We even participate in a costume party.

המלון אמנם ישן מאוד אך היחס שם היה חם וממש נחמד הפעילות הייתה מעניינית והמדריכה הייתה מרתקת ביותר!! שכחתי שם את המטען לנייד וביקשנו מהם לשלוח לנו והיום קיבלתי את המטען בדואר אז תודה רבה על השרות הנהדר שלכם היה 10

מוזיאון יפה המעניין.
המלון הוא מעין אכסניה שקטה.
חדרים צפופים,אין הגיינה(קנינו בשופרסל בטבריה מגבות ),חדר אוכל והאוכל ברמה ירודה.

בתאריך 24 ליולי 2017 התארחנו במלון המהמם והמיוחד "דונה גרציה" לרגל 50 שנות נשואין!!! הגענו אחרי שתקופה ארוכה שחרשנו בספרים על ההסטוריה של האישה הדגולה!
מיד בכניסתי ללובי קיבלתי הלם תרבותהתחושה היתה שחזרתי כחמש מאות שנה התפאורה האוטנטית הריהוט המוקפד המדרגות המיוחדות במרכז הלובי והאיש החביב שמשון שרץ אחרי בעלי עם בקבוקי מים ביום החם שהיה
בבוקר חדר האוכל בעיצובו לא הכזיב וכן ארוחת הבוקר הישראלית!!!
ובנוסף זכינו להרצאה ארוכה ומעשירה מהמדריכה חיה שהרצתה מכל הלב.

מלון קטן וזול . מכיל תצוגה שלוקחת אותך לתקופת גרוש ספרד ותחילת התקופה העותמנית . החדרים פשוטים ויחסית קטנים . האוכל טוב ומספק . מיקום בתוך העיר .
לסיכום : מלון עם סיפור שלא מנותק מהמרחב האנושי שבוא הוא שרוי . מתאים לאנשים שלא מחפשים נהיתנתק .response / report this review -

התארחנו במלון דונה גרציה בשבת 7.1.17 ומאד נהננו הן מניקיון החדרים, האוכל הטעים היחס האישי מכל עובדי המלון ובמיוחד מההרצאה הםרתקת על דונה גרציה ומיהסיור היפה בטבריה שניהם משרה הראל.כמובן שמוצגי המוזאון שבמלון הוסיפו על האוירה, בברכה ד"ר מנחם שטרן

I was really disappointed that they pulled the ol' bait and switch on me with the reservations. I reserved one room, two beds. I included both travelers' info, passport numbers, etc. When I arrived, they wanted me to pay double for the room, since there were two people sleeping in it. I argued at length- what's the difference if 1 or 2 people sleep in a bed? Why do they charge double? They pointed to some Hebrew writing, (which I don't understand.) I felt ripped off. I do not recommend staying here.
