  Food was good,, the wrap with halloumi cheese was delicious.. though the tradition food like hummus and shakshuka can be better,, not so much like authentic taste..

  Excellent fresh food at reasonable prices. Generous portions. I had a dinner and a breakfast there. Music was not to my taste and did not seem to fit in that atmosphere. Service was very good but communication could have been a little better. I would highly recommend it and hope to return on my next trip to Tzfat.

  This is my girlfriend's third time in Tzfat (Safed, Svot, Zfat, however you like) and my first. She had her heart set on going to a falafel restaurant she loved last time, but they were unfortunately out of falafel. We came instead to Café Monitin, and I'm glad we did. The food was exceptional and the portions were very generous. My girlfriend had the Falafel plate appetizer (white plate pictured) and I had the shakshuka (the wooden boards). The service was also friendly and swift. The views from the window if you sit in the small indoor dining area are gorgeous.
  In reading the poor reviews of this place, I can only assume that the reviewers were rude, stereotypical Americans who don't know how to conduct themselves properly and therefore bring poor service upon themselves. This is obviously speculation based on my delightful experience here, but my advice is to take 1 star reviews of this place with a massive grain of salt.

  This place has beautiful views, but the food was mediocre. We didn't order much so I'm only giving a review on what we had: nachos, fettuccine Alfredo and milkshake.

  Absolutely horrendous place, refused to finish taking our order, what got ordered only half arrived, what did arrive looked like some of the worst prepared food I've ever come across. Do not go here if you actually want to eat!

  Fast and friendly service. I had the fettuccini pasta which was a nice size and much better than other restaurants I've been to. 4 stars because it's much nicer than all other fast food restaurants around here. Also it was great that they were open cause close to nothing else was on. Saturday night.
