Low level technical stuff, dont know how to repair devices correctly. Manager rude, Unpleasant expirience. High cost. Avoid by all means

Im traveling a lot and also i'm a big apple fan. I got familiar to iStore TLV due to a broken screen i had. after searching for a suitable lab to fix my dear and expensive phone i entered iStore, the one that's located in Dizingof st., and discovered an AMAZING place, with great workers and phenomenal service. The phone was ready in few hours, same as new!other than that i got my self a new iPad pro which was on sale.

This store provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a watch through them and they said it would take 21 business days to order. After a month I went in and was told it was not 21 business days. 2weeks ago, after 28 business days I was told that that is an approximate amount of time and return in 2 weeks. Today after 2 weeks and now 37 business days, I was told this not approximate and it would take as long as it would take. They cannot verify the dates orders will take, they make different excuses each time you ask for an explanation. And even though they give you an order number, they can't even check how much longer it will be. Save yourself the grief and do not purchase anything at this store. At least at iDigital they can offer you a certain level of customer service. And to top everything off, when I inevitably cancelled my order today, given the miserable and crappy service they provide, they demand 2.5% of the price. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Perfect service with social staff and the fastest store in Tel Aviv for reparation. I also highly recommend it for foreigner as they speak a perfect english.
