תת רמה של שירות! הזמנתי חדר ושלמתי שבועיים מראש! קיבלתי אישור הזמנה, התקשרתי גם על מנת לוודא שהגל בסדר וכך גם היה. לפתע כשהגיע התאריך בדרכי למלון ביצעתי טלפון נוסף לוודא למען השקט הנפשי והפלא ופלא אין להם חדרים!!. על אף ששילמתי ועל אף שוידאתי!! הפקיד בקבלה מקבל שכר על לא כלום למעשה היות וגם לא היה מוכן לעזור או כלל לברר מה אפשר לעשות פשוט אמר שזה מה יש. חוצפה!! ממליצה בחום לא להתקרב!

Dirty, horrible place, DO NOT STAY!

If I could rate this place zero, I would; any travel sites that list this hotel should consider removing them because of the false advertising.

This is advertised as a kitchenette / apartment which it is not; there was a tiny fridge and that was all. The entire floor and our room specifically smelled like cat urine. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking only, yet there was the smell of fresh cigarette smoke in the hallway. The only parking options available is street parking which there is none, or a unsecured parking lot several block away that is overpriced. The room is so small that two adults with luggage cannot maneuver around the room with running into each other or the walls. The towels provided are barely larger than hand towels and there were not any bath amenities provided as advertised. This experience was so bad that we ended up leaving less than three hours after checking in.

Good location but the bath was a disaster: rust everywhere. Also construction works are in progress in the building.

Really nice place, clean, fully equipped kitchen, great location near the beach, free wifi. Compared to nearby crappy hostels the price is basically the same for an awesome private apartment. The manager who let us in and did all of our paperwork was very pleasant and helpful. I couldn't be happier.
