I've ordered on the 19th with 24 hours delivery
I've got it 3 business days afterwords
and half of my order is missing in the claim of an missing item and ill get it in the upcoming week-week and a half
no one told me this before, I'd never order ( and pay extra for fast shipping) if I knew thats gonna happen
and the lady at the phone got angry that I wasn't happy and understanding for more then a week delay witout any update
Do yourself a favor and dont buy from them

Bought a electric tie rack in April. After a month of use (only 4/5 times per month) the battery went dead. Changed batteries as I thought it was the batteries. Again same story. Wrote to them in June and got no response. Changed batteries again and this time lasted maybe two weeks
Called them beginning of August and there response was that:
1. The machine uses the power even while it does not work
2. The fact that it worked a month on one set batteries is good
3. They gave me the genius idea that every time I finish using it I should take the batteries out, meaning unscrewing the machine from the clothing rod, slipping the machine out of the rod, opening up the battery cover, taking batteries out, putting the machine back on the rod all without any ties falling. And do this all over again when I next use it
4. When I told him that I had a machine I bought from USA that I changed the batteries every 6 months he said there is nothing like that and I should prove it to him. I asked how I should prove it and he had no answer

The product is terrible and the fact that they told me that I should use it as above is even more stupid. Terrible service, terrible advice and terrible experience. For 136 nis it was stupid to not refund and retain a customer. They earned the money but lost the customer. BEWARE!!

היי רציתי להודות לחברת גאדגט ליין על השרות שקיבלתי בהתחלה התקשרתי למקום לברר על מוצר בכדי להגיע ולרכוש אותו .
ענה לי בחור בשם מייק והיה נעים שיחה כבר בטלפון שהגעתי לחנות .לא אמתי שיש כאלה אנשים חמים שנותנים עדיין התייחסות מכל הלב ובאמת נותנים לך הרגשה טובה וחשק לחזור שוב לקנות מהם ממליצה בחום על החנות שלהם!

קנו לי מוצר מתנה מהם. ובאתי להחליף אותו כי לא אהבתי. מייק והמוכרת השניה נתנו לי שירות מדהים!!היו סובלניים מאוד למרות ששיגעתי אותם והכי חשוב שהם היו חייכנים.

גרוע מאוד!!! אל תקנו מהם בחיים, קיבלתי משהו אחר לגמרי ממה שהזמנתי באיחור של 3 חודשים, כשביקשתי להחזיר אספו את המוצר אבל לא זיכו אותי, הייתי צריך להתקשר עוד פעם כדי שיזכרו לזכות, לא לקנות מהם בשום פנים ואופן!!!

קניתי מתנת יום הולדת לבתי בת ה 6. היא חיכתה מאוד למוצר הזה. המוצר נקנה ביום חמישי ה 22 לדצמבר ועמד ארוז במשך יום וחצי עד שבת בערב שאז הענקנו לה את המתנה.
מדובר ברחפן מיניאטורי. פתחנו את המתנה וביצענו מה שרשום בהוראות, הטענה, סוללות, סינכרון בין שלט לרחפן ואז הרגע הגדול.ולא עובד. הילדה כבר הלכה לישון ואני ממשיך בנסיונות להפעלת הרחפן. בשלב מסויים התייאשתי וביום המחרת באתי עם המוצר לחנות. העובד שם בטריות משלו, הטעין את הרחפן והופ הוא עובד. הוא לא ידע לומר מה עשיתי לא נכון ע"פ מה שתיארתי לו. הרחפן טס לו בחנות במשך כמה שניות, נארז וחזרתי איתו הביתה. בבית אני מוציא אותו מהאריזה ומנסה להפעילו בדיוק על פי ההוראות מהחנות. הרחפן עובד לכמה שניות ואז מפסיק.
התקשרתי לחנות ודיווחתי. נאמר לי שצריך להחזיר את הרחפן והם ישלחו אותו למעבדה לבדיקה. אני דרשתי מוצר חדש ונעניתי שאי אפשר.
עכשיו דמיינו לעצמכם את הסיטואציה, אתם קונים מתנת יומולדת לילד והוא לא עובד, מביאים לחנות ולכאורה הוא עובד. מביאים שוב הביתה והוא שוב לא עובד והכול בפרק זמן של שלושה ימים. במקום לתת מוצר חדש ולהתמודד עם המוצר התקול בזמנך החופשי, הלקוח הוא זה שצריך לחכות שבועיים עד שמעבדה תבדוק ואולי תחזיר מוצר "מתוקן" .
לסיכום, שירות לקוחות ברמה ז' - לא להתקרב לחנות אפילו שהמוצרים נראים מגניבים. מדובר בזבל סיני שבמקרה הטוב מתקלקל תוך כמה ימים ובמקרה הרע כלל אינו עובד מהרגע הראשון.
