  Tried calling Microsoft so that they would know of the problem the public is having with their latest update which has messed up the photo viewer, they did not even answer the phone! Is Microsoft going bankrupt?

  Your phone number 09-7625286 doesn't work (as the voice of Bezeq says).
  I sent a fax to your number 09-7625200 and never had an answer since July 31st. 2015
  I'm a customer paying for the service.
  Tday I tried to get a chat - my waiting number was 1, but then I had a notice that I'm chating with Raphael. When I started to write down I had not contact at all. I called by phone and got a lady from abroad she promised tio take care. I had a call in Hebrew later on when Iasked who's calling they cut the cal (a men's voice). I assumen was one of your contacts in the help service but perhaps I'm mistaken. In any case I'm losing too much time.
