Trauma Matters was founded by Marianne Murphy to meet the growing demand for EMDR therapy in Ireland.

The challenges of Covid meant that online psychotherapy became more acceptable and platforms were developed to administer EMDR therapy online. As an EMDR Consultant Marianne supervised many therapists who used EMDR as their preferred way to work.
