  Got what I wanted but needed to ask questions. No floating staff. Staff at service desk were operating checkouts.

  Really helpfull member of staff helped me firstly to find my items, seccondly he carried them out to my car, and finaly he point blank refused a tip in a very polite way.
  Well done woodies this kind of friendly service has been sorely lacking in the city

  Amazing place very big has everything you need for green fingers lovers anything you need for gardening even horticulturist on site for advice and is haven for professional and DIY enthusiasts with some special offers and 10% discount for senior citizens on Thursday

  Not a big selection of DIY shops in Waterford, so people just have to go there. Seems like staff take an advantage of that. Management don't educate staff members to know what they sell. Every time I asked something, they just don't know anything. So customer service really poor.

  Not a great range to choose from. Usually DIY but limited in choice. One needs to travel to a proper all included DIY store.
