  Lovely place to shop. Recently revamped and job well done. Staff super friendly and very efficient. Very knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Lots of car parking available. In summary a very pleasant shopping experience

  Large store great selection well laid out. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
  My only negative is it can be pricey which is a pity because I would pick up more if things weren't so overpriced

  Very expensive. I wouldn't call it a diy store. Tools are on the cheaper side of quality but with a the higher price. Staff were very slow. Not very good for quick visit or helpful information. Actually no information so don't bother ask questions your more likely to come out with more questions and wrong answers.

  Garden and home supplies. Great supply of goods here at decent prices. Friendly staff. However, unfortunately nearly all are dreadfully lacking proper training. Not their fault. Management's fault. Management is absolutely dreadful here. It seems to be non-existing. As with all Woodies stores 'horticulturalists' are a joke here. They basically just know plant names, nothing more, and in all my time shopping there I have only once seen the 'horticulturalists'..not that they can help much anyway. There job seems to be soley to keep stocks in supply. Also deals are often advertised on the garden plants but are never transferred to the customer. False advertising!! I can't tell you how often I've had to go back to complain about not receiving these deals and when I returned for my refund, I never received the correct amount back. But by then was too impatient to wait again to correct it again. Great shop, nice staff, but a joke of 'management'. Staff needs continual training. What is management doing??

  I visited Woodies yesterday and met THE most helpful and considerate employee. His name was Jamie and he very kindly went through everything I would need to repaint a gloss door. He walked around the store and got me the various items, suggesting cheaper (but as good)options where appropriate. Jamie deserves the "Customer Service of the Year " Award
