Plumbing problems should keep you away. No hot water and could not shut off water in shower after enduring luke warm. I called to let them know but no one came to turn it off

A great place to stay with ample parking for anyone driving there. The food from the adjacent restaurant was amazing and truly scored some serious points with me. The rooms were large and clean but we had issues with the plumbing of the place. The sink cold water tap didn't work correctly and the shower dials were clearly faulty. Some staff members were a bit moody but I guess everyone can have a bad day.

Visited yesterday for a Sunday lunch with my partner. First time we've had a meal at this hotel. The bar area was busy due to a hurling match on the tv's. But fortunately it was warm enough to sit outside, although the noise of the traffic did disturb the peace (not much they can do about that so a mute point).

The beef roast was very tender served with a mash and veg. Service was impeccable. Great value for money. Cannot fault the bar/restaurant at all. Will definitely be coming back.

This Hotel has recently changed hands and is now a very comfortable and welcoming establishment. The bar in the Woodfield serves great value for money food and is a great place to visit for a drink after a match in the Gaelic Grounds (just 2 minutes down the road) or Thomond Park (about a 10 minute stroll away)

This was a very well priced hotel. It was close to the city centre and a decent night life. Our room was just above the bar which was very busy. You could hear a little bit when the room was perfectly quiet going to bed but we just turn the fan on and couldn't hear anything. All and all it was a place to crash for the night with a clean room and bed.

The room was a decent size with a small TV, an employee said the tvs were being replaced worth leather ones soon. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and the temperature fluctuated. The restaurant and bar located in the hotel was absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere and great food.
