Lovely hotel, very family friendly, excellent food, wonderful staff. Highly recommend. Only reason not to give 5* is the onsite parking at the rear of the hotel - extremely tight space!

Spent 3 nights and enjoyed every minute, staff very pleasant and helpful, terrific breakfast was included, prices wonderful, but the most fantastic to me were the views of Croagh Patrick, it was covered in snow. Loved it.

Had a very enjoyable short break here and we were impressed by the high standard of the staff, service and food. Very popular with families and the spa is excellent too.

The food here was lovely. We had a table booked for 14 people. Which was ready when we arrived, but it was a little cramped so they immediately set up another table and moved us to a more spacious area. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely eat here again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights! We availed of all the amenities! Food in the restaurant up stairs was exceptional but we found the food in the bar quite rushed and poor quality! The chowder was very disappointing! I counted 5 small pieces of fish! The steak sandwich was poor and the meat was very tough! They had a great selection of drinks at the bar and we enjoyed the entertainment! I enjoyed their selection of Gin! The view from our room was extremely disappointing and I would advise when you are booking that you request a room with a view! The rooms are very warm and they are without air-conditioning! We used the electric fan supplied which helped a little! We couldn't leave the windows open as there was a large unit outside out window which was very noisy! Having all said, I would return to this hotel and request a better room!

Lovely food with a great service, staff friendly and helpful, nothing to much bother for them. Bar and restaurant was comfortable and clean with a nice layout.. Definitely will recommend it for a place to visit if in Westport.!!

Good quality. A little pricey. For kiddies small plate of pasta which he didn't eat was €7.90. Rest of meal was very good.

The 'coast bar' was always our eatery of choice when visiting Westport, the last time we visited we were disappointed that it was closed for refurbishment, so we were pleased to see it open again when we visited on Saturday. Things unfortunately seem to have changed. The food that I would once have rated as brilliant I would now have classed as mediocre, the portion sizes seem to have reduced and there was a distinct lack of atmosphere. The staff however can't be faulted and are always cheerful and polite. Would we return to give it another go? Possibly

Nice hotel in a good location. We were unlucky enough to stay in a bad room. It was cold all night and we were beside an elevator which went off all night. Could everything from room next door and cars out the back in the car park. This meant we did not sleep much. Swimming pool is great, bar is nice, breakfast was very good too and staff were all nice. Would probably not go back because of the room and the price we paid for it.

Great Hotel. Food fabulous. Spa Veda. Relax and Unwind a great treat. Fab bedrooms. Staff in all departments so helpful. Not forgetting the Dining room on the 4th floor with views of Croagh Patrick and the harbour.

Staying here at the moment. We are repeat clients and as always everything is perfect. All staff are so friendly & helpful. Food is beautiful and guys thanks a million for the wine.

The staff were amazing and it made such a difference! You must eat in the bar. The food is very good and fast. Lovely waiters. Spa is really good. Really modern and warm. The hotel is new but walls are a bit thin. Ask for a waterfront view. They minded our bikes for us which was nice
