Terrible experience - make sure you know what you are getting yourself into before signing anything.

Although it brands itself as a "luxury gym", be prepared to deal with rude and clueless management and appalling customer service and facilities once you have committed to your 75 euro per month membership.

Health and safety is non-existent - uber slippery floors at (wet) changing room and swimming pool access. No one to supervise or advise on how to use the machines correctly.

Staff doesn't know how to use machines that can actually damage someone for life - but it's ok, because first thing that happens when you set foot there is to be coerced into sign a waiver of liability in case of accidents - I guess that is cheaper than getting rubber flooring in a wet pool area.

Hot showers are only hot for 1-2 minutes, after that they go cold.

Paperwork is a trap - receptionist will stop you several times asking for paperwork you submitted months ago - a complete mess. They will double-charge you via direct debit and good luck to you trying to get your money back - that will take a LOT of patience.

Appalling bike parking and indeed no support for cyclists at all - a shame, considering they claim to promote an active lifestyle.

The most basic SPA services are terrible, and even the SPA staff says they go elsewhere when they want to have those services done on themselves.

This used to be my gym while in Dublin. Super attentive staff, great space, many machines and a great spa with salty water. I'd sign up
Again if I were back in Dublin.
