  My mother attends this practice . She attended the clinic last week for an app with DrChidley which she waited days for. She had an ear infection and chronic back pain !
  The doctor spent 5mins with my mother and prescribed antibiotics for the infection but when my mother mentioned her back pain, she was told to make another appointment that they are very busy at the moment .” They might not look busy out there but they are very busy “
  I think this is absolutely disgraceful, my mother suffers in silence a lot but is she expected to just get on with her back pain ? Bearing in mind it was this clinic who sent my mother for an MRI scan on the wrong area of her back and she now has to go and have another scan and pay for it.
  I have called several times for Dr Chidley to call me and respond to the way she spoke to my mother , who now says she will not attend the clinic again .
  Is there a rule you can only go in with one ailments at a time to the doctor ?
  I am attending my doctor many years in Kildare and have never been treated in this manner .
  I would expect a call back as my next port or call is the radio station .

  So happy Dr Chidley (and her team) is now in the town. Find them fantastic! Dr Chidley is a warm, kind, lovely doctor. She offers great support, advice and is generous with her time. It can be difficult to get a quick appointment, but that's happening everywhere. Its a professional, ultra clean, and welcoming practice. I find them fantastic.

  Receptionist is not nice and either is Dr Toby wish they'd ever unfreeze there panel so people can change doctors!! I waiting over a month now
