Went with my sister and two nieces, unhelpful staff, could not get out of dressing room to see dresses as staff were filming another woman. Took seat off my nieces to give to woman to put her cup of tea on would not bother visiting!!

A lot of stock that was on Facebook and website was not out on the floor and they could do with extra staff. They seemed to be ran off their feet the day I was in as they had to keep going to store room for items that were on website. Lovely buts

Travelled all the way from Cork to purchase a dress for an upcoming wedding. When I arrived home and tried on the dress again I noticed that there was a lot of pulled threads at the back of the dress and also that the bottom of the zip was giving way which I hadn't spotted when I tried it on in the shop. I immediately phoned the shop. I spoke to Michelle and advised her of my discovery. She advised that she would get it repaired or replace the dress. As I wasn't in a position to drive from Cork again she offered to post it to me. Due to where I live and work, I wasn't in a position to accept this offer. I asked for a refund as the dress was faulty. At this point I was advised that they didn't give refinds. She then hung up on me as someone wanted to use the Visa machine! I called back and asked to speak to the owner of the shop, she wouldn't disclose his name and told me to look it up!

Travelled up from cork yesterday as I love the dresses on their page The lady I was dealing was fantastic, really went out of her way to help me. Went home a very very happy customer .
