Sharp modern decor. Buffet hot and cold option breakfast. Found the rooms clean and relatively spacious. Staff friendly. We had a great experience.

We just returned from a one night stay for four people in the hotel. It was our third stay a the hotel and we are very pleased with everything there. The location is handy for a commute from Dublin. The staff are fantastic, very attentive, friendly and courteous. We found the food to be of a very high quality and good menu choices too. The reception area with its sofas and open plan theme is very comfortable. In particular the gentlemen on reception on Friday when we arrived was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

Very friendly on arrival,very spacious and comfortable rooms,I needed a second room for kids at last minute booking and we were giving the perfect set up,ajoining rooms with huge comfortable beds. Temp in room perfect,clean bathrooms, breakfast/dinners were lovely. Only reason I've docked a star is for lack of comfier seats in bar,the early closing of bar at night and lack of near by shops,but I would definitely use this hotel again because of the comfortable and clean bedrooms. So all in all a we had a lovely stay for our 2 nights in the Viking Hotel. 👌

Place is nice, basic rooms but clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's a bathroom. They have FREE PARKING and is pretty close to everything Waterford has to show.

Rooms were clean and adequately equipped. The area is very industrial and a long walk from the center of Waterford, Taxi's would be required if looking to go for food and drink. Good value for a hotel on the edge of the city.
