I live oversees which made picking a cake very difficult. But after lots of research on the internet, reading reviews and then e-mailing and speaking with Linda my mind was made up, she was very helpful, answered all of my questions, had some great ideas and provided wonderful advice. My cake looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious, some of the best chocolate biscuit cake I’ve ever had, and my husband says the same about the fruitcake layer. Unfortunately guests also loved it, which meant it didn’t last very long but thankfully our hotel put some aside for my husband and I to enjoy the day after. I would thoroughly recommend Linda and her amazing cakes.

Having tasted some of Linda's wonderful creations over the years we knew that we would only consider Linda to made our wedding cake in June 2015.
From start to finish she made the process so very easy for us and we knew we were in good hands.
Linda is fantastic at her craft, Her attention to detail is second to none and she is full of great ideas.
We would highly recommend Linda for your special occasion.

We initially met Linda to discuss ideas for our wedding cake.
We had no idea how to design or imagine the cake of our dreams, but Linda made it very easy. Linda is a creative genuis and was full of fabulous ideas. The end result was amazing and was more than we could have ever expected.

We had a three tier (Biscuit/rocky road and fruit) cake, with different coloured icing, and lots of intricate and delicate details to reflect our wedding invites and wedding venue (Mt.Druid). Our top tier had a show-stopper edible china tea-cup and saucer with our initials engraved on the cup. It was a work of art!

The cake was rich, moist and mouth-watering. Linda was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and went above and beyond to create our wedding cake.

Linda's cake creations are deliciously mouthwatering to the eye and when you taste her cakes or the cupcakes they are exceptional. The designs are fresh with a quality finish to them. The favours are true and it is easy to tell from the first bite that only quality ingredients are used.
I love not only to order for special occasions but even just to pick up some for Vanilla Bean Bakery cupcakes as a special treat for the weekend or as a perfect little house gift when going visiting. Very handy to collect at Linda's stall at the Saturday morning market in Spollanstown, Tullamore.

Linda is a absolute genius at what she does. Her cakes are a work of art both inside and out. I would thoroughly recommend Linda, you won't find a better cake maker or more pleasant person to deal with. She's a very talented lady.
