I had Iain for Mountain Leader Training. He was awesome, his personally is only matched my the vast knowledge that has been built up over many years on the mountains and in the seas.
I highly recommend him and Unique Ascents

I did the Mountain leader course with Ian over 2 weekends. I found Ian to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors. He has a great eye for detail and will pick up on minute details of you navigation, which was needed to progress. Overall it was a challenging course in rotten weather. But the local scenery and the Craig with the course and Ian made up for it. If you're thinking of doing to course, just book it!!

Iain's tour of Tory Island was the highlight of our trip! His adventurous treks are a great way to learn more about Ireland. Iain's humor and passion for rock climbing made our first experience with rock climbing a success. He truly went above and beyond during our time with him. My wife and I took our 17 year old son out for a day sea stack climbing with Iain at Unique Ascent. It was an amazing day. We're all novice climbers so viewed doing this with great trepidation. Iain is amazing, he is so laid back, positive and charming, while oozing professionalism and competency. Iain kept us happy, safe and scared! We pushed ourselves as much as we could and created a memory for life that is hard to beat. His boatmanship and photography skills are pretty awesome too. I think this is probably the best possible way for adventurers to spend a day in Donegal. Thank you and well done, Iain.

This was an amazing day, exhilarating to be able to visit the sea stacks out on the Atlantic Ocean. We climbed with the family, 2 parents and 2 teenage daughters we have climbed once or twice before on holiday but you don't need experience just enthusiasm. Iain is a great guide, he even made photos of us with a drone! Love to do it again.

I've seen quite a bit of Iain Miller (Unique Ascent) this year. I've had the pleasure of his company on many hill days out. Regardless of weather conditions, day or night I was always engaged and entertained by Iain's infectious joy for what he does. Donegal has always been there, but Iain Discovered it for Everyone. Somehow the unachievable seems a little more achievable after a day with Mr. Miller. Put aside your inhibitions and go for it!!
