  went in with my father and they were really helpful and looked after him very well, so much so that I am going to switch to Three when my current contract is up.

  I found the staff very helpful and fun, they moved everything from my old phone onto my new phone and made sure everything was working before I left.

  went in to ask a simple question today and was met by the small red face old man who works there who was extremely rude and condescending!
  I will not be back if I can help it.
  I wonder sometimes how these people have jobs in customer service roles.

  Computers seem to be permanently "down". I visited a few years ago and they couldnt top up my account. Same old story today (and a few weeks ago). I don't understand how the store is still open. Will not be returning.

  Completely unhelpful uninterested rude wanted to change sim and move contacts had no intreasted in doing this or advice he just said no it was just a new contract so am cancelling it and going to Vodafone
