After a nice run on the beach, it was nice to pop in here with my son for a nice cool drink and ice cream. He was also entertained with all the games on site.
There's lots goiing on here you've got the arcade and shop (with chips) which the kids love.
Out the back you've got the Surfshack which is a great experience for the kids, and a great addition to Curracloe. My kids (early teens) really love it. Depending on the conditions they also have lessons for 5 years+ on a Saturday.
The Coffee shop good snacks, speciality teas, and good Italian style coffee.
Overall a nice laid back feel to the place.
Great place to surf with loads to do here. Lovely juvely cafè that serves the nicest hot chocolate and delicious Italiano pizza
The kids enjoyed it, I did venture in until I seen the price of the amusements and wasn't long about getting out again...I understand the fact it's a seasonal shack but Wow they can charge
All my kids came back with wonderful stories. Really great experience.Thank you
We went to Surfshack at Curracloe beach several times with kids and students ages 6 to 17.The wetsuits and shoes were included in the €20 for 2 hrs. We booked the 1pm to 3pm slot. The teachers were brilliant, amazingly patient, very positive and safety conscious and when the waves were not high they pushed the kids boards fast enough to ride to shore also they went sandsurfing and stand up paddle boarding. The Surfshack itself was great for parents too as when the kids returned starving they had tasty paninis muffins and hot chocalate after a quick hose down and change. It was hands down the best thing we have done this Summer and the teens are joining the Surfclub for the year so they can surf on.
Great fun for the kids. A nice laid back feel to the place, good snacks, speciality teas, and good Italian style coffee
