  I have been going to the Reel Ballincollig on a very regular basis since 1997, at least once a week. I have always found the staff to be really friendly and they actively support their patrons by taking an interest in them. They also ask from time to how they can develop the service. For me and others I have spoken to about the Reel Ballincollig the remark is about the staff and the care they show.

  Ok. Expensive, but good for comfort. Couldn't find the disability bathroom though! Or lift for bathrooms downstairs. Cleanliness could be better, sticky carpets (from spilled drinks I assume) are annoying.

  Nice small movie theatre. Always enjoyed watching movies there as it is in Ballincollig and not far from Cork city centre.

  Over priced cinema for such low grade facilities. Very bad sound leakage from other screens. Everytime you move the seat to recline it makes a loud noise. Would not recommend this cinema.

  Very convenient location. No major queing and the popcorn was nice and fresh. The new seats in Screen 3 are excellent aswell.

  Big cinema. Plenty car park spaces. Plenty snacks in lobby area. Luxury seats available. Clean.

  Nice small cinema. On mondays you can see nice films for 5 €.
