Great hospitality, friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the morning make this a worthy place to spend a night or two. There is plenty to do in the area with Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park around the corner, and Cliffden and the beautiful Sky Road just fifteen minutes away. Highly recommended!

Great food and nice beer. Crab claws are to die for sourced from Johnny King, local fisherman. I've been coming to cleggan for 20 years, it's my favourite pub in Cleggan village.
