Very bad and confusing queuing system
Absolutely Uncooperative staffs
Went to get some printouts and photos today and staff looked at me said who’s next few times, there wasn’t anybody in front of me, staff looked at me and called me at the till so I went. While I was waiting for my printouts at the till, a woman came up to me and said that another woman was in front of me then why did I go first when that wasn’t the case at all as there wasn’t anyone in front of me and the staff clearly called me out to the till. I was attacked by this woman’s false allegation of breaking the queue in front of everyone when I clearly did not and the staff are the witness but they did not say anything about it seeing that I was being bullied by this random woman in front of everyone.
I atleast expected the staff to speak up and defend me on this as she saw and called me to the till few times she said who’s next and literally she pointed at me and called me to the till and also there wasn’t anyone in front me. I am so disappointed with the kind of service I got from your shop. Customers are personally attacked for doing nothing and just paying for this inappropriate behaviour.report this review -
