Went in, looking for the cheapest second hand bike on offer.
Was presented said bike and bought it. (100€~)
Rode it for a while and it broke, so I brought it back in.
Now this is where this review becomes a 5 star:
The young kid with the glasses explained me what was wrong with the bike and fixed it, and I wasnt even charged.
Then later it broke down again, so I went back and once again excellent service fixing and explaining to me what went wrong, for no charge again.

Not only did they fix my bike, they also tought me more about how it works.
Honestly give that kid with the glasses a raise, he deserves it.

Best Bike shop in Dundalk.

Got my e-bike from them under the bike to work scheme, and subsequently an e-scooter and a bike for my four year old. The pricing is on par with their competitors, but what gives them the edge is their customer service approach. They are very approachable, helpful and I find the turnaround time on anything I ask to be very good. I had originally planned to buy my e-bike from Halfords who let me down after having committed to the sale - It was easy to tell that Halfords couldn't care less, even going so far as to blame me for buying a bike that they now said was discontinued (how dare I), whereas the Cycle Centre clearly value the business and their customers, so I suppose it was a blessing in disguise.

I'd highly recommend the Cycle Centre to anyone seeking to purchase a new bike/scooter, or if you wish to service/repair your existing bike.

The repairs are great and the service very good. Seamus and his young mechanic are easy going and not bad to deal with at all. I bought a few bikes here and always got a good deal on them. I would highly recommend the cycle centre.

Cycle Centre is best because of its super amazing collection & Quality of Bikes with different models. Very polite and supporting staff. Excellent and quick service. Very happy after buying my favorite bike from this shop and recommend everyone to go and get yours's too. Kudos to Cycle center!

They overcharged significantly, were unreliable, did not provide invoice, reacted to criticism with "we've been here for 40 years, thank you". Avoid.

I recently visited the Cycle Centre enquiring about purchasing a new bike with the intention of taking up Triathlons, I was served by Seamus and he couldn't have been more helpful and thorough in helping me choose the correct bike for my needs. Having no idea before I went in as to what I needed I felt leaving the shop that all my questions had been answered. Very professional, courteous and great value for money, I will definitely be back.
