I booked a whole hen party for 15 people through them; accommodation, activities, meals and reserved area in a nightclub. Transfers to and from everything were included which was really helpful, the apartments were clean, the food in Murtagh's was top notch and staff were friendly. I'd definitely book with them again.

COWBOYS. We were told that we we had to pay for damage to a wardrobe that was clearly already damaged, there were about 15 screws sticking out holding the door together. Asked to speak to manager and the people working there said he was on lunch as it was 1 o'clock, it was actually 12 o'clock and I had just seen him in the corridor 2 minutes earlier. They will lie to their teeth so they can charge you for damages, I'd rather sleep on the streets than stay in this place again. Book someplace else

Went there for a stag with mates. Made give a €50 deposit each (15 of us staying) on top of our €45 pp for the room so that came to €95 to stay for one night. Huge rip off. Anyways went to the stag enjoyed ourselves. Then came back to the apartments. There was 8 people in my room. We chatted for awhile played some music(not very loud). Anyways a Boucher came to the door telling us to turn off the music. Which we did. We chatted for some more time then hit the sack. Next day we got up went downstairs to reception to get our deposits back. At this moment we found out they were keeping our deposits sue to noise pollution. Yes noise pollution. Some old lady had given out about us across from our room for been to loud. The only thing across from our apartment was the courtyard restaurant. We finally got €20 back from the €50 but that is still not good enough. I would advise people not to go here because I have heard from people that they do this quiet often. Apartment themselves not worth €45. In short bad staff, expensive and not a nice place to go. I would advise to go to castle plaza or landmark instead.
