  So i was cycling from Waterford to a place in the wicklow mountains, and I snapped a deraileur cable - i was stuck to two gears which was rubbish - with 50 miles ahead, i dropped into the shop - not only did the team in the shop agree to fix it immediately - the lady also recommended a lunch restaurant (which was brilliant) then came over to the restaurant to say the bike was fixed. And all at a very reasonable cost. so great to see such a high quality of service which really made my day - thanks team you are brilliant. :-)
