We stopped while passing through around 2PM and it was packed but we we seated fairly quickly. I had soup and brown bread, which was excellent and followed it with lemon meringue pie that was terrific!

Great place and the cakes are amazing. Good for families and reasonably priced. Is popular with the locals in the town amd can be busy. Just look at the fridge on the way in and try and choose what fresh cake you'll be having it'll be hard to choose

I love this place friendly staff great food, and reasonable price. I go here everyday for a cuppa. Its always full of people. The best restaurant in town. I would give it more then 5 stars.

13-10-2016. Just had the best roast leg of lamb meal I ever tasted, complete with lovely gravy and a delicious assortment of fresh veg, at The Bake House Bantry Co. Cork, and all this for a very reasonable price, and great friendly service. When we are in Bantry again we will certainly eat at this restaurant. 10/10.
